self-entitled babies is probably not the best way to go to get what it is that we need and want in life. What if instead, we practiced a bit of humility (and maturity) and looked at everything that happens to us in life, as a blessing in disguise that is happening for us? How would life unfold if we said thank you to everything that comes our way instead of shirk away in disgust
or disappointment? What if we allowed everything to be the opportunity it is to attain a greater sense of wholeness, instead of fighting the gifts and lessons it is here to convey?
So the question I have for you, the one I am asking myself, is: can you take ownership of where you are in this moment in time? Can you trust that everything that is happening in this moment – no matter how it looks, feels, smells, or tastes – is a gift you’ve been given to help become the beautiful person you’ve always been intended to be? Can you let go of the disempowering tendency to complain or blame others and instead stand-up, step-up, and take action? Can you trust the universe to do its job and you do yours?
Taking this approach may not be easy or comfortable, nothing worthwhile ever is, but it is perhaps the only way for you to actually shift how you are living and step into the life you’ve always wanted to live.
Namaste.
